If I were being specific, I would write that the Provisions Cafe is the best new restaurant in Highland Falls. The good news is that Provisions doesn't need the clarification of "new" - in this girl's opinion, it's just the best restaurant in Highland Falls and the immediate USMA area. I've been there four times now, and the only complaint is that they're just so darn popular that I can never get a table. No reservations are taken, either. So, I've had to eat at the immaculate bar every time I've dined there. The staff is super-friendly, and very attentive.... Joy C. We no longer have to drive to Cold Springs or train to NYC to get a great lunch or dinner at a reasonable price in an outstanding atmosphere. I love the tables for two by the window..and the fireplace in the back seating area. It's immaculately clean..all the time.
